Speed & Agility

Speed & Agility Training

Our private training is designed to help athletes improve speed, agility, and game-specific performance through consistent, targeted sessions.

Every program starts with an initial evaluation to measure baseline numbers, assess movement quality, and identify key areas for improvement.

Training Options:

In Person:

  • Single Session (Evaluation Only): Ideal for families who want an assessment before committing to a training plan.

  • 8-Session Package: A strong entry block that provides enough exposure to build momentum and begin real adaptation.

  • 12-Session Package (Recommended): Delivers the consistency and repetition needed for lasting improvements in speed, explosiveness, and coordination.

At-Home:

  • 12-Week Written At-Home Program

Access to a field and depending on athlete’s age, a gym, is required. Some small equipment purchases may be necessary (resistance bands, agility hurdles, etc).

  • 2 in-person sessions total (1 day evaluation + 1 day walk through of the plan to instruct athletes how to perform)

  • A full written program for at-home training.

  • Ongoing support through video feedback and questions.

*This option is best suited for highly motivated athletes who are disciplined and can push themselves at home.

Training Frequency

True athletic adaptation occurs through multiple weekly exposures and consistent practice. To maximize results, athletes should aim for 3 weekly exposures. Options include:

  • 1 in-person session + 2 at-home “micro” sessions (~30 minutes each), or

  • 2 in-person sessions + 1 at-home micro session.

This structure ensures athletes get enough repetition and consistency to develop speed, power, and movement efficiency that actually transfer into game play.

Game-Ready Athleticism

Improving athletic ability is only part of the equation. Each session we emphasize transfer to sport, meaning athletes train athletic qualities both off-the-ball and on-the-ball. Just because an athlete becomes faster in training doesn’t guarantee they’ll be faster with the ball. That’s because when the ball is at their feet, the brain and body must handle object manipulation, coordination, and decision-making under pressure — skills that aren’t automatically developed through traditional speed work. Without training these elements, performance adaptations may not fully translate to game play.
