Private Speed & Agility Training
Our private training is designed to help athletes improve speed, agility, and game-specific performance through consistent, targeted sessions.
Every program starts with an initial evaluation to measure baseline numbers, assess movement quality, and identify key areas for improvement.

In Person:
Single Session (First Time Athlete = Evaluation)
8-Session Package

At-Home:
12-Week Written At-Home Program
Access to a field and depending on athlete’s age, a gym, is required. Some small equipment purchases may be necessary (resistance bands, agility hurdles, etc).
2 in-person sessions total (1 day evaluation + 1 day walk through of the plan to instruct athletes how to perform)
A full written program for at-home training.
Ongoing support for questions.
*This option is best suited for highly motivated athletes who are disciplined and can push themselves at home.
Training Frequency
True athletic adaptation occurs through multiple weekly exposures and consistent practice. To maximize results, athletes should aim for 3 weekly exposures. Understanding busy schedules and the inability for some to commit to multiple in person days, packages include At -Home Micro Sessions (20-30 minutes) to maintain exposure and consistency.
This structure helps athletes get the consistent practice and repetition required to develop the qualities of speed, power, and movement efficiency that can carry over to game performance.
Game-Ready Athleticism
Improving athletic ability is the first part of the equation. Each session focuses on developing qualities off the ball first and then when the athlete is ready, on the ball. Athletes must first build coordination, control, strength, and clean speed/agility mechanics without the ball. Once these foundations are in place, on-the-ball training can be layered in. By progressing in this order, we help ensure that improvements in training translate to better performance in the game.
