Performance Training

The ages of 8–15 are when the brain is most responsive to building coordination, balance, reaction time, and body control. These neuromuscular qualities are the foundation of athletic performance.

We don’t just run athlete’s through “agility” drills, we understand where they are at and build them from there.

Private Performance Training plays a key role in player development by identifying individual needs, addressing weaknesses, and accelerating growth.

About Coach Slim

Why do we call her Coach Slim? Her name is also Kim, so to help the players differentiate, they all call her Coach Slim.

Coach Slim is a performance coach passionate about helping youth athletes build the foundation they need to move better, react quicker, and play stronger.

Her training goes beyond typical speed and agility drills. She specializes in neuromuscular athletic development, focusing on coordination, balance, body control, and power — the building blocks that unlock real game performance. Whether it’s improving first-step quickness, building explosive strength, or correcting inefficient movement patterns, her goal is to develop athletes from the ground up.

She works with athletes ages 8–15, during the most important years of physical and neurological development. Every session is purposeful, progressive, and designed to help each athlete grow in confidence, movement quality, and on-field performance.
