Speed & Agility Group Training


Our small group sessions are designed to sharpen speed, agility, and overall athletic performance in a focused, supportive environment. Focused on building the mechanics, strength, and movement efficiency athletes need, then integrating those skills back into the game.

Spots are intentionally very limited to ensure every athlete gets the attention to detail they need for real progress.

Weekly Schedule:

Wednesdays:

  • Focus: Acceleration

  • Time: 6:00 - 7:00pm

  • Ages: 10-13 years old

Fridays:

  • Focus: Change of Direction/Agility

  • Time: 6:00-7:00pm

  • Ages: 10-13 years old
