To determine which competitive training level is right for you, please take the assessment below.

Please answer based on your player’s current, consistent ability (not their best moment).

1. Ball Control at Speed

How well can your player control the ball while moving quickly?

  • 1 point – Struggles to keep the ball close

  • 2 points – Can control at moderate speed

  • 3 points – Consistent control at higher speeds

2. Passing & Receiving

How consistent is your player’s passing and first touch?

  • 1 point – Inconsistent / still developing

  • 2 points – Solid with stronger foot

  • 3 points – Consistent with both feet under pressure

3. Decision-Making

How quickly does your player make decisions in games?

  • 1 point – Often hesitates or needs time

  • 2 points – Makes decisions with some pressure

  • 3 points – Quick decisions in tight spaces

4. Experience Level

  • 1 point – Recreational or beginner

  • 2 points – Some competitive/travel experience

  • 3 points – Multiple seasons of competitive play

5. Ability to Handle Fast-Paced Training

  • 1 point – Needs frequent stoppage and instruction

  • 2 points – Can keep up at times

  • 3 points – Comfortable in fast, continuous sessions

Training Level Based on Points

5–7 points → Intro to Competitive
Player is still building consistency and foundational skills.

8–11 points → Borderline
Intro to Competitive recommended, but may be evaluated for Competitive.

12–15 points → Competitive Training
Player is likely ready for a high-tempo environment.

Final Note

All players are still evaluated during their first 1–2 sessions.
Placement may be adjusted to ensure the best training environment.
